A Phoenix-based kitchen and bathroom remodeling company has filed for bankruptcy. Aloft Remodeling LLC is seeking to restructure its finances through the filing.

Besides Phoenix, the company serves in several other Arizona locations. These include Tucson, Flagstaff, Lake Havasu, and Show Low. During the process, operations are expected to continue as normal at the locations.

Aloft Remodeling LLC Enters Bankruptcy Proceedings

On April 1, 2026, the company voluntarily filed its Chapter 11 petition, according to PACER.

Filing details add that the proceedings are currently being held in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Arizona. Attorney Philip J. Giles of Allen, Jones & Giles, PLC, is offering legal representation to the company in the case.

Filings Made and Upcoming Deadlines

According to court filings available on PacerMonitor, the company submitted a 28-page petition in the court. Judge Madeleine C. Wanslee is supervising the latest case, filing details add.

The company should submit scheduled A/B-J before April 15, 2026. Its attorney disclosure statement, statement of financial affairs, and Chapter 11 statement of current monthly income have the same deadline.

A Payment Advice Declaration pursuant to 11 U.S.C. Section 521(a)(1)(B)(iv) is due for April 15, 2026, as well.

A meeting of creditors is scheduled for May 5, 2026, court filings add.
