The debtor is seeking to readjust its debts by opting to proceed as a small debtor. While it restructures, operations may continue as normal under the court supervision.

According to filings on PACER, Lucienne Home Care, Inc. filed its petition on April 1, 2026. Filing details further note that the proceedings are taking place in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida.
