Local Indian ice cream spot Sarabha’s Creamery is expanding this spring, according to a recent permit filing. It will open at 3104 Gallatin Pike in the new Lost & Found development, which recently opened in East Nashville.

Designed to be a neighborhood gathering spot, Lost & Found also features other local brands, including new wine bar Birdie’s, chef Steven Anthony’s Pizza Lolo and Fortunate Sun. There are also food trucks, including coffee brand Retrograde and empanada spot Chivanda.

Co-owner Gursharan Singh told What Now Nashville that they are targeting an opening at Lost & Found during the last week of May. This location will mark the brand’s second location, which currently has a spot at Vanderbilt Square.

The shop at Lost & Found will allow for people to grab ice cream and enjoy it throughout the development. The expansion is the next step in Singh’s plan for slow, intentional growth with an emphasis on maintaining quality products.
