Last week, What Now Boston reported that Lebanese-inspired eatery NAYA would be expanding further into the Boston area. Now, new details are emerging about the chain’s upcoming Burlington location.
According to the Daily Times Chronicle, the Burlington Select Board has approved a General License for the restaurant to open at 112 Burlington Mall Road, taking over the former ConnectFit space. The project had previously received the green light from the Burlington Planning Board, clearing the way for the brand to move into the vacant tenant spot.
Founded by Hady Kfoury in 2008, the concept has grown into a regional staple, now spanning more than 40 locations across five East Coast states. In the Greater Boston area, NAYA currently operates sites in the Back Bay, Watertown’s Arsenal Yards, Summer Street, and Kendall Square, with additional locations—including Framingham and Fenway outposts—on track to debut in 2026.
NAYA offers a highly customizable menu spotlighting classic Middle Eastern flavors. Guests can craft their own bowls, rolls, or salads, choosing from bases like vermicelli rice, seasonal grains, and fresh greens, then layering on proteins and toppings such as hummus, lemon tahini, pickled vegetables, and house-made sauces. The menu also includes a lineup of mezze staples and desserts.
Plans for the Burlington restaurant include both dine-in seating and takeout service, with no major changes proposed to the existing footprint. What Now Boston has reached out to NAYA for additional details on the opening timeline and will share updates as they become available.
