After almost four wonderful decades, Crossroads Cafe draws the curtain this weekend. The restaurant is known for serving American, Italian, and Mexican dishes. Menu highlights include prime rib, shrimp scampi, and lobster rolls.
The cafe features a classic, old-school interior, with wooden high chairs at the bar and a dimly lit atmosphere.
The team announced the closure in a social media post. The team shared, “It’s time to move on. We had a good run. 38 years in Acton.”
With a heartfelt note, the team wrote, “Thank you to our loyal customers and friends who graced our doorway for your past business and support.”

Jay Manning founded the Crossroads Cafe. According to a MassLive, the cafe’s name reflects a turning point in Manning’s career when he opened the business. Over the decades, the cafe has built a reputation for its warm, welcoming atmosphere.
Located in Nagog Park, the cafe serves pub fare, drinks, and desserts. It also offers artisan coffees made from carefully sourced beans.
