A new LongHorn Steakhouse is nearing completion in Pueblo, bringing the national steakhouse chain to a new location on the city’s north side. The restaurant is under construction and nearing completion at 5770 N. Elizabeth Street, according to Pueblo Metropolitan Growth.

Exterior work and signage installation are reportedly wrapping up, while crews are completing final touches and landscaping. The restaurant has also been recruiting for its opening team; a Restaurant Manager position for the location was posted on LinkedIn recently.

LongHorn Steakhouse’s website lists the Pueblo restaurant as having an opening date of November 2. The listed hours are 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday.

The casual steakhouse chain was started in Atlanta in 1991 and has since grown to more than 500 restaurants. LongHorn currently has six existing locations in Colorado: Colorado Springs, Centennial, Fort Collins, Northglenn, Littleton, and Lone Tree.

Representatives from LongHorn could not be reached for comment prior to publication.
