Alan Ritchey, Inc. (ARI) is a family-owned and operated company based in Texas. The company provides transportation, warehousing, distribution, and dedicated contract logistics services.

The company filed a WARN notice to announce mass layoffs at its facility in Phillipsburg, New Jersey. The layoffs are expected to take effect on July 17, 2026. No further information about relocation opportunities has been provided in the filing.

According to a report by WFMZ, the company is ending operations at the site, leading to layoffs, as a contract with the United States Postal Service (USPS) was not renewed.

ARI has a long-term partnership with the United States Postal Service, offering mail transportation services. The company has dedicated routes, emergency contracts, and seasonal logistics programs. These are facilitated by 24-hour dispatch systems, GPS-fitted fleets, and maintenance operations to guarantee efficiency and real-time tracking.
