Exciting news for pasta lovers on Florida’s Gulf Coast: Dalmoros Fresh Italian (formerly DalMoros Fresh Pasta To Go) is returning to St. Petersburg, Florida with the grand opening of its brand-new St. Pete location on Friday, May 1, 2026, bringing its signature fresh pasta dishes and authentic Italian flavors back to the community that first embraced it.
Dalmoros will celebrate the happy occasion with its special “Pasta Cutting” at 12pm, followed by the official opening. Dalmoros Fresh Italian features a wide variety of fresh pastas and homemade sauces made from scratch with each meal uniquely served in to-go boxes and ready within minutes. Delicious toppings, garlic bread sticks, meatballs, tiramisu, soft drinks, beer and wine, and gluten friendly menu options are available. Onlookers can also enjoy Dalmoros signature fresh pasta machine making fresh pastas all day. Dalmoros St. Pete will offer third-party delivery in the coming weeks.
The first 100 customers on grand opening day will be gifted with a free pasta card for use on their next visit. Plus, Dalmoros will hold giveaways of complimentary tiramisu and bagged fresh pasta, and special guest “Tony Rigatoni” will be getting in on the festivities for fun photo opportunities.

Our new St. Pete location reflects how much we’ve grown in this community—with a larger footprint and a prime location near Jannus Live, we’re able to welcome even more guests as we continue to expand. It’s also especially meaningful because St. Pete is home to me and my growing family.”
Currently, Dalmoros locations include Florida (St. Petersburg, Tampa, Delray Beach, Orlando, Gainesville) and Massachusetts (Boston and Cambridge), with future locations planned for Philadelphia, New York City, Austin, San Antonio and Washington, DC.
