7 Brew Coffee is set to open a new cafe in the former Salad and Go on N. Durham in the Houston Heights. According to a recently filed permit, 7Brew is expected to open at 3000 N Durham Drive.
The permit also details that construction on the new 7Brew is slated to start in July and wrap up in September. If all goes well with construction and permitting, 7Brew should be serving up hot drinks, morning eats, and more out of the new location in Houston Heights by this fall.
What Now Houston reached out to Texas Coffee Partners President, Eric Wollenhaupt, about the upcoming opening. Texas Coffee Partners is one of the brand’s franchisee groups. Wollenhaupt has been opening 7Brew locations throughout Houston for some time now.
“7 Brew is unique for sure,” Wollenhaupt said.
“If you have not been to one, we are all about ‘kindness, ‘ whether that is the personal interactions, the quality of our beverages, or the speed at which we serve them. I hope we can serve you in the near future and share the kindness we live by.”
The brand started as a drive-thru coffee stand offering seven signature drinks in Rogers, Arkansas, in 2017. 7 Brew has grown into a national brand with nearly 500 locations.
“7 Brew is so much more than just a coffee stand,” the website reads.
“It’s the concept of cultivating kindness and joy with every drink – through our service, speed, quality, energy, and atmosphere. It’s contagious, and it’s changing the drive-thru coffee industry.”
Aiming to bring joy and connection to the drive-thru experience, the quick-service coffee experience has since exploded into a nationwide phenomenon, known for its extensive customizable menu with more than 20,000 combinations and a strong “cultivating kindness” culture.
“Our secret sauce is not a flavor. It’s a feeling!” the website reads.
“Take a sip of any drink, and joy hits you just as hard as that double-shot of espresso. Because getting your daily dose of energy isn’t just about quality and speed. At 7 Brew, it’s about the connections we make.”
The new 7Brew to come to the Greater Houston region is anticipated to open in Houston Heights at 3000 N Durham Drive by this fall.
