Located at 2323 S. Lamar Blvd. in Austin’s Zilker neighborhood, The Code brings 177 fully furnished residences to market in one of the city’s highest-demand areas for short-term stays. Guests have access to a temperature-controlled pool with a tanning ledge, a poolside outdoor kitchen, a rooftop terrace, 24-hour concierge and check-in, and secure parking. The ground-floor lobby lounge serves coffee and cocktails by Cuvée Coffee, with additional retail spaces planned to open later this year, including health and wellness offerings. Cuvée will be open to the public beginning May 1.
The Code also features two themed suites. The Zephyr Suite draws from Austin’s natural landscape, while The Montage Suite is a music-inspired space. Both are well suited for larger parties, corporate stays, and live/work use, as well as creative retreats, celebrations, and group getaways.
