A popular Italian restaurant is preparing to serve its second course to Maryland diners. Angelo’s Pizza Pasta and Deli, already beloved in Rockville, is opening a new location in Gaithersburg, reports local media outlet The MoCo Show.

The eatery’s second home will be opening as a part of the North Pointe at Flower Hill, a sprawling new restaurant and retail development located at 18251 Flower Hill Way. It is one of several concepts coming to the area; Angelo’s new neighbors will include Plaza Mexico, Tropical Smoothie Cafe, and PJ’s Coffee.

An opening timeline is not presently available for Angelo’s Pizza Past and Deli’s Gaithersburg storefront. What Now DC has reached out to ownership for further details and will update readers as information becomes available.

Angelo’s describes itself as a “charming Italian eatery offering a delectable variety of pizzas, pastas, and deli sandwiches. Known for its authentic flavors and generous portions, this family-friendly restaurant has become a favorite among locals and visitors alike.” The restaurant’s dough is prepared fresh daily and the sauce is made from scratch.

Maryland diners who simply cannot wait to try Angelo’s fare can stop into its current location at 4011 Norbeck Road.
