Java Saga, the Doraville coffee joint that is known for its Taiwanese chicken sandwiches, is planning its second location. It will open in a 1,600-square-foot space at 2905 Jordan Court, Suite H, in Alpharetta, owner Alvin Sun told What Now Atlanta. They are hoping to open in about a month.
The new location will offer indoor seating, which is currently absent at their existing Doraville location. In the future, Sun hopes to continue to grow the brand to more locations.
Java Saga originally began as a coffee food truck and quickly became known for its Taiwanese chicken.
“As word spread and the demand for our chicken grew year after year, we knew it was time to take the next step. That passion and support led us to open our very first takeaway store, bringing our family’s flavors to even more people, every day,” the website states. “Since then, we’ve continued our mission to share the authentic taste of Taiwan, with a touch of modern influence.”
The menu features various coffee and tea beverages as well as chicken sandwiches, chicken cutlets, sauces and all-day breakfast options such as Taiwanese crepes.
