North Italia is opening a new location in Katy, Texas, in June 2026. The restaurant will span a nearly 9,000-square-foot space with seating for up to 300 guests. The location will feature artwork by local artists, combining Texas influences with Italian themes.

North Italia is soon to open its tenth location in Texas. The restaurant will be located at LaCenterra at Cinco Ranch and will open on June 10, 2026. The new opening will mark the brand’s continued expansion in the state over the years.

The brand aims to create a prime gathering space in Katy that is ideal for weekend brunches, lunches and dinners. Its chef-driven concept that is regionally inspired will elevate Katy’s culinary landscape. The restaurant will be led by Regional Manager Mizael Saucedo and General Manager Jose Zaragoza.

Ahead of the opening, North Italia is hosting a job fair through May 24, 2026. This will ensure employment opportunities for locals who are interested in joining the team.

Inside the Katy Location

The new restaurant will occupy a nearly 9,000-square-foot space that can seat up to 300 guests. It will have a large dining area, indoor and outdoor bar spaces, and two covered patios. Customers will also be able to watch chefs prepare fresh pasta, pizzas, and other dishes in the open kitchen.

The location will feature artwork by Texas mural artist Kyle Wadsworth. The restaurant’s design is inspired by Katy’s historic oak trees and combines Texas influences with Italian themes.

North Italia Katy’s kitchen will be led by regional chef Shawney Severns and executive chef Jairo Gonzalez. The menu will include Italian-inspired dishes such as Italian Cobb salad, grilled steak panzanella, and agnolotti al pomodoro. Other menu highlights include the seasonal chef’s board, heirloom tomato burrata, and house focaccia.

The weekend brunch options include strawberries and cream French toast and bistro steak and eggs. The dessert menu includes butter cake, tiramisu, and hazelnut torta. Guests can also enjoy cocktails, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages.

North Italia is poised to become a popular dining destination in Katy. Its spacious setting, Italian-inspired menu, and locally influenced design bring something new to the community while connecting with it. The opening also marks the brand’s continued expansion in Texas.
