Bartho’s is a new beer bar concept set to debut in Las Vegas this spring. According to a City of Las Vegas permit, Bartho’s is expected to open in the Downtown Las Vegas Arts District at 1563 S Commerce St.
Construction on the project is coming to a close, and the team is working to solidify permits.
What Now Las Vegas briefly spoke with owner Bart Katvnarzyk and general manager Joel Moskowitz about the upcoming opening. Both confirmed the spring opening, but were unable to share further details by the time of this publication.
“At Bartho’s Bierbar, we take pride in offering a carefully curated selection of exceptional beers — from beloved German classics to rare international finds,” the Bartho’s website reads.
“Whether you’re into hoppy IPAs, bold stouts, crisp lagers, or something completely off the beaten path, our rotating lineup of bottled beers has something for every taste.”
The new Arts District bar promises a combination of minimalist design, more than 70 global brews, and art-focused community events.
“Unplug and play — join us for Board Game Night with great beer, friendly competition, and classic (or quirky) games for all skill levels,” the website reads.
“Get inspired at Art Night — an open space for creativity, local talent, and a splash of beer-fueled imagination – with 50% off drinks between 5 pm and 7 pm.”
A native of Germany who loves Las Vegas and visits often, Katvnarzyk is bringing all of that unique flavor to the Valley. Moskowitz, an East Coaster with a host of experience, will be running the day-to-day operations.
With all of the exciting offerings, we’re sure this is a highly awaited opening.
Bartho’s is anticipated to open in the Downtown Las Vegas Arts District at 1563 S Commerce St before the end of this spring.
