RedHead Burger, a popular Miami-based burger destination, has opened its doors for Las Vegas burger enthusiasts. A new location opened at Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas on May 7, 2026.
First West Coast Location Opens at The Venetian

RedHead Burger was founded in 2019 by brothers Sammy Moyyaner and Christian Moyyaner, and their father. After building a following on Ocean Drive in Miami Beach, the brand has now expanded west with its first Las Vegas location.
The concept is known for its never-frozen smash burgers, loaded fries, milkshakes, and late-night menu. The restaurant will operate daily from 11 am to 2 am, offering a distinct night-dining experience as well.
The 50-seat space features red-and-white interiors, along with indoor and patio seating.
Redhead Burger Owner, Sammy Moyyaner said, “We are so excited to bring Redhead Burger to another classic tourist destination, Las Vegas! Our proprietary blend makes our smash burgers crispy, juicy, and flavorful all at the same time, pairing perfectly with fries that we’re cutting in-house and frying fresh to order.”

Menu Highlights at the Smash Burger Spot

The menu features several of the restaurant’s signature food items. The smash burgers at RedHead are a blend of beef that forms the juicy base. The burger selections include Classic Burger, topped with lettuce, tomato, and Redhead sauce, and the Double Cheeseburger, layered with two patties and some American cheese.
Customers can also enjoy Redhead Burger with triple patty and triple cheese, the spicy Redhot Burger with jalapeños and bacon, and the Hangover Burger with a fried egg and tater tots.
The menu also features house-cut fresh fries, tater tots, draft beer on tap, and a variety of milkshakes. Options for shake selection include classics like vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry, and inspired flavors like Dulce de Leche, Nutella, Oreo, and more.
Grand Canal Shoppes, which is inside the Venetian Resort Las Vegas, is a shopping and entertainment area. RedHead Burger complements the food and retail offerings at Grand Canal. It is home to luxury retail stores, celebrity chef restaurants, live entertainment, and Venice-inspired architecture with indoor canals and cobblestone walkways.
