Local coffee brand On The Grind is bringing a location to Kyle. On The Grind will bring a 639-square-foot drive-through coffee kiosk to 1857 W. RR 150 in Kyle, according to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
On The Grind launched in 2013 and the website now lists 17 locations, largely in the San Antonio area. Currently, the closest location to Kyle is in San Marcos.
Construction on the Kyle location is expected to begin this summer with plans to finish in 2027, according to the filing. An exact opening timeline has not been announced.
On The Grind serves signature beverages such as the Hawaiian (a chocolate macadamia nut breve), the Coconut Joy (a coconut mocha) and the Grasshopper (a mint-infused white chocolate mocha). The menu also features refreshers, shakes and smoothies.
