Proud Mary Coffee, a coffee brand based in Australia, seems to have a second location on the way to the Austin area. It has filed a permit at 4301 Guadalupe Street, Suite 100.

This location would mark the second location for the brand in the area, joining an existing spot at 2043 South Lamar Boulevard. The cafe offers coffee, all-day breakfast, lunch, tea, smoothies and pastries.

“We blend the innovative spirit of Melbourne’s coffee culture with Austin’s adventurous taste buds,” the Proud Mary Coffee website states. “The result is a refined yet experimental approach to our food, beverage and service. We joyfully nerd out on the product, the people and the process that brings it all together.”

Proud Mary also has a cafe and roastery in Portland, Oregon.

The new 956-square-foot space along Guadalupe Street is expected to be completed in September, according to the filing. What Now Austin has reached out to Proud Mary Coffee for additional information.
