Located at 1200 El Paseo de Saratoga, the new Sweetgreen restaurant spans 2,406 sq. ft. The restaurant will open from 10 am to 10 pm daily. The new restaurant continues Sweetgreen’s commitment to fresh ingredients, sustainability, and transparency in where the ingredients come from. Guests can see meals prepared daily in the open kitchen.

The West San Jose location will feature produce sourced from California farms. It includes baby spinach, wild arugula, and spring mix from Jayleaf, cilantro and romaine from Coastal Fresh Farms, and kale from Dynasty Farms.

Customers can place their orders in-store, online, or via Sweetgreen’s app, which offers rewards, exclusive discounts, and more to SG Rewards members.

The opening marks the company’s continued growth in new markets and in offering fresh food, said Sweetgreen COO Jason Cochran. “We’re excited to become part of the neighborhood and look forward to serving West San Jose with genuine hospitality every day.”

In addition to the official launch, guests are welcome to pre-register on Eventbrite for the preview events and complimentary meals on May 15 and 16.
