Following the closure news, the Miami Beach community flooded social media with messages and cherished memories. “Omg!!! It’s been legendary. I’ve been a regular for many years at Segafredo, but also at Tiramesu (back in the day) and Spris!!!! All great places. Thank you, Mr. Sbroggio, for so many years of good food and good memories,” commented a customer.

26 Years of Legacy on Miami Beach

Located on Lincoln Road in Miami Beach, Segafredo L’Originale was founded in 2000. Italian restaurateur Graziano Sbroggio, along with Mark Soyka and Luca Voltarel, founded the café with the goal of introducing a European-style day-to-night concept to the neighborhood.

The café serves Italian espresso, sandwiches, and light meals during the day before transforming into a cocktail bar in the evening. The bar features an outdoor lounge, a lively musical atmosphere, and DJs.

As the restaurant enters its final month of operation, the Segafredo L’Originale team hopes to celebrate the journey with the local community.
