Castleberry Hill local Donna Lindsay is planning to bring her brand, Swiftly Vintage, to South Downtown this June. It will take a 1,100-square-foot space at 241 Mitchell St., Lindsay told What Now Atlanta.

A lifelong vintage enthusiast, Lindsay had been operating pop-ups around the area for the Swiftly Vintage brand and learned that South Downtown was adding local brands to its lineup in anticipation of the World Cup this summer. When Swiftly Vintage opens in the South Downtown spot, it will operate as a pop-up slated to continue through Sept. 15. However, if the business is doing well come September, Lindsay plans to stay on as a more permanent fixture.

A recent video on Lindsay’s social media page displays preparation underway on the South Downtown space. It will feature a minimalistic design with white oak hardwoods that complement her vintage Hollywood glam aesthetic.

As Lindsay continues to cultivate the Swiftly Vintage brand, she plans to continue to grow multiple brands under the Swiftly Vintage umbrella. The Swiftly Vintage Collection will feature high-end, unique pieces, while Swiftly Vintage itself will serve as vintage offerings for the everyday customer. The third facet of the brand is NVY — Not Vintage Yet — designed to feature quality pieces that are less than 20 years old and thus do not quite fall into the vintage category. Lindsay also specializes in vintage lingerie and is expanding her footprint in vintage wedding dresses.
