A new concept with an entrance through a phone booth is on the way to West Hollywood, courtesy of local restaurateur Vincent Laresca. The concept, called Ten Cash Bar, will open in September at 7746 Santa Monica Blvd, Laresca told What Now Los Angeles.
Laresca has been active in the West Hollywood nightlife and restaurant scene recently, opening craft cocktail bar and lounge Bar Jubilee last fall along Sunset Boulevard. The spot features carnival-inspired art, a moody atmosphere and weekly jazz nights.
Laresca also operates Roadside Taco in Studio City, as well as Blue Collar along Fairfax and its neighboring speakeasy, Cold Shoulder.
Currently, Laresca is keeping most of the details about Ten Cash Bar under wraps, hinting only at the style of entrance and the fact that the name is a crucial aspect of the concept.
“I’ll leave the rest up to the imagination, but it’s a really cool concept,” Laresca said.
The team plans to release more details during the summer as they grow closer to opening.
“We’re excited about the revitalization of Los Angeles,” Laresca said. “There’s a lot of good energy out here.”
