Southern California chain Loaded Cafe is gearing up to open in Norwalk, according to a recent Instagram announcement. It will open in Civic Center Plaza at 12241 Imperial Hwy alongside sister concept My Panecito.

This location will mark the 10th for Loaded Cafe, joining existing locations in Gardena, Placentia, Bellflower, Lawndale, Santa Ana, Long Beach, Orange and Bell. It will be the fifth location for panadería My Panecito, which has spots in Gardena, Orange, Placentia and Bell.

Loaded Cafe launched in Long Beach in 2012 with the goal of combining classic American dishes with Mexican flavors. Menu items range from chilaquiles and enchiladas to French toast and sweet crepes. My Panecito is known for pastries such as conchas.

An exact opening timeline for the Norwalk location remains unclear. What Now Los Angeles has reached out to the team for more information.
