Amy’s Burgers is aiming to elevate its food truck success to the next level with its first brick-and-mortar location. According to a City of Las Vegas permit, the beloved burger joint is hoping to open in West Las Vegas in the Longford Shoppes at Summerlin Parkway at 7595 W Washington Ave 110.
The address currently belongs to Joy Burgers. No word just yet on whether the suite will be divided or if Joy Burgers is closing or moving. With no changes at the address, it is likely that the deal is still being worked on.
At the helm of the eatery is Amy Samaritano. What Now Las Vegas reached out to Samaritano, who responded saying as much.
“We have not landed on that location yet, and we may not go with it,” Samaritano said.
“We are a food truck for now.”
The popular local food truck and burger spot began serving the Valley last summer out of the Summerlin Takeout. You can still get Amy’s Burger delicious eats from the ghost kitchen.
“Amy’s Burgers isn’t just another burger place in Las Vegas—it’s a neighborhood favorite built on simple values: great food, real people, and community pride,” the Amy’s Burgers website reads.
“We started Amy’s with one goal: to serve up seriously good burgers in a space that feels like home. No gimmicks. No shortcuts. Just fresh ingredients, classic recipes, and a friendly vibe that keeps folks coming back.”
Amy’s Burgers offers a variety of burgers (obviously), wings, and sides. A speciality is Amy’s Spicy Stack, which comes with bacon, an onion ring, jalapenos, and spicy Sauce. Amy’s Burgers also offers a variety of shakes and beverages.
While the deal at Longford Shoppes is still being etched out, it is clear that a brick-and-mortar location is coming in the near future. So, keep your ears perked and your eyes open for the latest.
Amy’s Burgers could open inside the Longford Shoppes at Summerlin Parkway at 7595 W Washington Ave 110 sometime this year.
