A New Rooftop Concept Is Bringing Artisan Pizza to Downtown Nashville

A new rooftop pizza and wine bar has officially opened at Grand Hyatt Nashville on the patio of lou/na.

Grand Hyatt Nashville debuted a new rooftop pizza-and-wine concept, slice/25, on May 21 in downtown Nashville. The restaurant offers astonishing skyline views from the 25th floor along with a curated menu.

A New Pizza and Wine Bar Joins lou/na

Located atop Grand Hyatt Nashville, lou/na is known for its rooftop cocktails and panoramic city views. The rooftop destination draws guests with craft cocktails, outdoor seating, and sweeping views of downtown Nashville.

The rooftop patio now features slice/25, a new pizza-and-wine concept. slice/25 serves artisanal pizzas alongside curated wine pairings in an upscale rooftop setting. The space opens daily during lou/na’s regular hours and offers a walk-in option only.

The menu features a mix of classic pies and specialty creations. Signature offerings include the Margherita topped with San Marzano tomato, mozzarella, basil, EVOO, and fleur de sel. The pizza is paired with Wente’s Mt. Diablo Red Blend.

Guests can also enjoy Soppressata + Hot Honey pizza made with red sauce, soppressata, candied jalapeño, oregano, and pecorino. It can be best served with Wente Louis Mel Sauvignon Blanc, an American white wine.

Additional menu items and wine pairings include:

  • Quattro Formaggi – Gorgonzola dolce, fontina, taleggio, smoked Gouda, ricotta, thyme, EVOO, fresh black pepper, paired with Riva Ranch Chardonnay
  • Truffle & Wild Mushroom – Black truffle, morels, stracciatella, watercress, chive blossoms, paired with Wente Baily Hill Pinot Noir
  • Chicken Piccata Pizza – Confit chicken, lemon béchamel, capers, fior di latte, parsley, EVOO, preserved lemon, paired with Wente Pacific Mist Pinot Grigio

With pizzas, wine pairings, and rooftop views, slice/25 expands the offerings at lou/na. Guests and locals can now explore something unique in downtown.
