Changan Kitchen is joining the Eastland Center in West Covina at 2851 E. Eastland Center Dr., Suite 5, according to a recent ABC filing. The location will mark the sixth for the brand, joining existing locations in Ontario, Riverside, Chino Hills and Monterey Park.

Changan Kitchen specializes in Chinese noodle dishes, with signature menu items such as Spicy Beef Noodle Soup, Dan Dan Noodles and Sesame Chicken with Noodles.

“Our restaurant is dedicated to delivering an authentic, comforting and modern twist on classic Chinese cuisine,” the website states. “At Changan Kitchen, we believe that every bowl of noodles tells a story. Using fresh ingredients and time-honored recipes, we create dishes that are both satisfying and memorable.”

Owner Rachel Geng told What Now Los Angeles that they are awaiting final inspections, so an exact opening timeline is still forthcoming. However, they are hoping to be open sometime next month.

Eastland Center is also planning to welcome Brazilian steakhouse Fogo de Chão this year.
