Local wings spot Trap Wingz is expanding its footprint this year with two locations in its pipeline. It will join Camp Creek Marketplace at 3755 Carmia Dr. SW #430. Owner Damico Green told What Now Atlanta that the location should open in the next two months.

“We’ve been growing year by year ever since I started this business out of my apartment,” Green said. “We felt that Camp Creek was a perfect location to put a Trap Wingz. They have a lot of great traffic and other independent businesses that are thriving, so we felt we could add a new vibe to the area.”

Trap Wingz will then prepare to open a Cobb County location at 4725 S. Atlanta Rd SE. That location is about four months out from opening.

The brand has existing locations along Piedmont Road and Martin Luther King Jr. Drive. The menu features wings, smashburgers, sandwiches and sides. The Martin Luther King Jr. Drive also offers seafood items such as salmon bites and fish po’boys, which will also be on the menu at the Camp Creek location.

Green plans to continue to expand. He is scouting locations in Gwinnett and Tucker.
