POP MART, the home of the viral Labubu toy, is joining the Del Amo Fashion Center in Torrance. It will open in Q4 of this year, the POP MART team told What Now Los Angeles.
POP MART, a Chinese toy and entertainment company, has become popular for its “blind box” figurines, which means the buyer purchases a figurine without seeing it, knowing it is one in a series. POP MART also sells other accessories.
The brand has been on the move in the U.S., expanding to markets nationwide. It has a strong presence across the Los Angeles area, with both full stores and roboshops — vending machines that act as miniature POP MART stores where customers can purchase blind-box figurines.
At Del Amo, POP MART will be located between Pandora and Kevin Jewelers and near stores such as H&M and Macy’s.
