Georgia Spa Company Plans Lexington Area Location

The company sells hot tubs, swim spas, saunas and cold plunges.

A business focused on bringing relaxation and wellness at home is eyeing the Lexington area.

Georgia Spa Company, founded by Mark Stevens, will open at 929 N. Lake Drive, Suite F. A Town of Lexington Planning and Zoning filing from April 2026 shows the shop is under review.

The company sells premium hot tubs, swim spas, saunas and cold plunges. It carries top-tier brands including Hot Spring Spas, Caldera Spas, Freeflow Spas, Endless Pools, Tylo Saunas and Dunfalk Saunas.

In April 2024, AQUA Magazine inducted Georgia Spa Co. into the AQUA 100, an honor awarded annually to just 10 North American spa retailers.

Georgia Spa Co. employs sales and service experts and handles the delivery and servicing of every hot tub in-house. The company now serves more than 15,000 customers who rely on it for ongoing spa maintenance and support.

The company opened its first store in 2004 at the Mall of Georgia in Buford and has since expanded to eight additional locations across Georgia, including Alpharetta, Athens, Augusta, Blairsville, Newnan, Lake Oconee, Blue Ridge and Kennesaw.
