Perfumania is opening a new fragrance shop at Miami International Mall in Doral.
According to a recent announcement from RCS Real Estate Advisors, the perfume retailer will open a location at the mall, at 1455 NW 107th Avenue. The store is projected to open August 2026.
Founded in 1988, Perfumania has grown into one of the nation’s largest specialty fragrance retailers, offering a wide selection of designer and luxury perfumes, colognes and beauty products. The company operates more than 100 stores across the United States and carries products from leading fragrance brands.
The new location is part of a a larger, nationwide expansion by Perfumania’s parent company Obsession Holdings LLC, which operates both Perfumania and The Fragrance Outlet. According to RCS Real Estate Advisors’ announcement, the perfume chain plans on opening 40-plus new locations at Alderwood Mall in Lynnwood, Washington; Miracle Mile Shops in Las Vegas; and more in addition to the Doral store.
With a location conveniently located near Miami International Airport, Miami International Mall is a premier mall in Miami-Dade that attracts both local and international shoppers.
