Amoret, a new café and cocktail bar designed as an all-day gathering place, is set to open this fall in Denver’s RiNo neighborhood.
The concept will be located at 3100 Brighton Blvd and comes from Kurt Henkel and Daniel Masters. Masters is also the owner of Denver’s Hello Darling Cafe and Flora Cafe.
Masters told WhatNow Media Group he was drawn to Brighton Boulevard long before he found the space, having moved to Denver during the Covid19 pandemic and quickly fallen in love with the city.
“Not long after, I met my wife just a few blocks from Steel House, so this area has always felt personal to me. Brighton has experienced incredible growth, but I’ve always felt there was room for another gathering place, somewhere people could start their morning with coffee, meet friends for lunch, work remotely during the day, and return in the evening for a cocktail or glass of wine,” he said.
Masters said from a design perspective, they are creating an environment inspired by timeless European cafés, blending romantic textures, natural materials, soft lighting, and contemporary details. He added that the Steel House location gives them the opportunity to create that kind of all-day neighborhood café while contributing to the continued growth of the corridor.
Masters concluded that their goal is to create a place that feels both elevated and approachable, a neighborhood destination where people can meet, work, celebrate or simply slow down for a moment.
