After signing a lease for the space on June 1, according to TradedNY, the fitness studio Stretch Zone is preparing to open a new location on the Upper East Side at 1407 3rd Ave. An official Instagram account for the upcoming location has announced that it will be “opening soon,” but it did not precisely announce an official date. What Now New York has reached out for more information.

Stretch Zone is a fitness studio that strictly offers practitioner-assisted stretching. It recently opened a studio on Staten Island, owned by franchisee Charlotte Sciarrino and her husband Marcello. Charlotte is a personal fitness coach who became a fan, then an owner, after trying Stretch Zone for herself, according to a press release.
