Slice House is set to open a new location in Brentwood at 2523 Sand Creek Road, with a debut currently planned for Fall 2026.
According to the franchisees, a husband and wife team, the decision to bring the concept to Brentwood was driven by the area’s ongoing residential growth and strong demand for high-quality, convenient dining options. The development team pointed to the city’s continued expansion and community momentum as key indicators of opportunity for the brand.
In keeping with tradition across new openings, the Brentwood location will introduce a location-exclusive specialty pizza created specifically for this restaurant. Additional menu details have not yet been released.
Founded by acclaimed pizzaiolo Tony Gemignani, Slice House has grown into a fast-casual concept built around chef-driven pizza. The menu offers a wide range of regional styles including New York, Detroit, Sicilian, and Grandma slices served from a counter-style display.
The brand has positioned itself as a hybrid model that blends quick-service convenience with elevated, handcrafted pizza made using proprietary doughs, sauces, and recipes tied to Gemignani’s award-winning culinary background.
