A new restaurant may be on its way to downtown Gilroy. According to a recent filing with the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control, Endura LLC has applied for an On Sale Beer and Wine Eating Place license for 815 1st St, Gilroy.

The application, which was filed on June 24, is for a Type 41 license,  issued to eating establishments that wish to serve beer and wine alongside meals, suggesting the business is preparing to operate as a full-service restaurant.

The forthcoming restaurant is expected to take over the former Round Table Pizza space at 815 1st Street, repurposing an established restaurant location in downtown Gilroy. While the concept behind the project has not yet been disclosed, the existing restaurant footprint could help streamline the transition as the new operator prepares to bring the space back into service.

The license application lists Endura LLC as the business entity behind the project. At this stage, no opening timeline has been announced.
