Hot on the heels of opening its second location in the East Village, the pan-Latin restaurant Buena Vista Restaurant & Bar is preparing to open a third location, this time in Murray Hill. Set to be located at 212 E 34th St., the upcoming location currently has signage visible, according to an Instagram post from NewOpeningsNYC. The original location is in Midtown. An opening date for the Murray Hill location has not been announced, and What Now New York has reached out for more information.
Buena Vista offers an ambitious menu that draws inspiration from across the Latin world, spanning from Spain to Mexico and down to South America. In March, What Now New York reported on the upcoming opening of the East Village location and quoted owner Christian Nunez as saying Buena Vista is based in “Latin American gastronomy, but designed for how New York dines and socializes.”
