Budweiser is celebrating America’s 250th birthday by picking up the tab for eligible adults this Fourth of July. The brewer is offering verified U.S. residents age 21 and older a $6 digital gift card. The promotion is part of Budweiser’s American Summer campaign, which also celebrates the brand’s 150th anniversary.

Budweiser Launches ‘America’s Tab’ Fourth of July Promotion

Eligible U.S. residents age 21 and older can visit Budweiser’s America’s Tab website to register for the offer. After completing the registration process, participants receive a $6 digital gift card. The gift card can be redeemed toward the purchase of a draft Budweiser while supplies last.

The campaign started on June 29 and runs through July 5 or until supplies last.

Todd Allen, Senior Vice President of Marketing for Budweiser at Anheuser-Busch, said the campaign is intended to thank the people who have made Budweiser part of American traditions for generations.

“For years, Budweiser has shown up for the moments that bring Americans together. This summer, as America celebrates its 250th birthday, we wanted to do more than mark an anniversary; we wanted to honor the people who make those moments possible. Covering America’s tab is our way of turning gratitude into action: to thank the hardworking people who’ve made Budweiser part of everyday life, and to give them a chance to share a beer, reconnect and celebrate the resilience and spirit that have defined this country for generations,” said Allen.

Budweiser Marks Milestones with Summer Campaign

America’s Tab is part of Budweiser’s broader summer campaign, which also features limited-edition patriotic packaging. The campaign also includes a new national television commercial titled Great Delivery. Budweiser’s iconic Clydesdales will also appear at celebrations across the country.

Budweiser is continuing its long-standing partnership with “Folds of Honor” through its “American Beers for American Heroes” campaign.

From May 1 through Nov. 30, the company will donate $1.50 for every barrel equivalent of Budweiser sold in bars and restaurants, up to $1.5 million, to help fund educational scholarships for the families of fallen or disabled military service members and first responders.

In the 16 years since Anheuser-Busch and its partners began funding the organization, it has awarded about 7,400 scholarships for $37 million.

Budweiser and its Clydesdales will appear in parades and celebrations, including:

  • Chicago Cubs vs St. Louis Cardinals at Wrigley Field
  • New York Times Square Ball Drop
  • Los Angeles 250 Block Party

The America’s Tab promotion runs through July 5, while supplies last, as part of Budweiser’s broader American Summer campaign celebrating both the nation’s 250th birthday and the brand’s 150th anniversary.
