Texas-based Indian restaurant Hashtag India opened its first location in the Atlanta market last year in Suwanee. Now, the restaurant is adding a second location in Sandy Springs at 6650 Roswell Road, according to reporting by Tomorrow’s News Today Atlanta. It is expected to open later this summer.
The brand states on its website that it aims “to celebrate the vibrant diversity of Indian cuisine with a modern twist.” It features menu items such as Goat Dum Biryani, Tandoori Chicken and Chicken Mandhakani Curry.
There are currently 13 locations open across the country, including the Suwanee location, a location in North Carolina, seven locations in its home state of Texas, one spot in Nevada, one in California, one in Virginia and one in Maryland.
The forthcoming Hashtag India space will take over a 5,900-square-foot space formerly home to Social Bites, according to leasing documents. Existing tenants at 6650 Roswell Road include Goodwill and Crossfit Perimeter.
