Burlington is preparing to open another Phoenix location, this time at 1919 E. Camelback Rd. in the Colonnade shopping center.
The new store is listed as “Coming Soon” on Burlington’s website, with a scheduled opening date of August 19. Once open, it will join other national retailers already operating at the shopping center along Camelback Road.
Originally founded as Burlington Coat Factory more than 50 years ago, Burlington has grown into one of the country’s largest off-price retailers, operating more than 1,000 stores across the United States.
The company offers discounted brand-name apparel for women, men, and children, along with shoes, beauty products, home décor, accessories, baby essentials, pet supplies, and seasonal merchandise.
Inventory changes frequently, giving shoppers access to new brands and seasonal finds throughout the year.
The Phoenix location is expected to feature Burlington’s updated store layout, designed to make it easier for customers to navigate departments and browse merchandise. The format is part of Burlington’s ongoing effort to modernize its stores while expanding into new markets.
The opening continues Burlington’s expansion across the Valley. Earlier this year, the retailer opened a new store in Avondale and broke ground on a nearly 2 million-square-foot distribution center in Buckeye.
