Bed Bath & Beyond is making its return to Pembroke Pines—just three years after closing its standalone stores—as part of a new retail partnership with The Container Store at 14530 S.W. Second Street. At this time, 22 Container Store locations — including Miami — have already incorporated Bed, Bath, and Beyond with Pembroke Pines and other locations following suit in the months to come.

The revived shopping experience is part of a nationwide rollout that will bring Bed Bath & Beyond merchandise into 98 Container Store locations, combining home décor, bedding, kitchen essentials and bath products with The Container Store’s signature organization solutions and in-home design services.

The comeback follows Bed Bath & Beyond’s 2023 bankruptcy, which led to the closure of all 41 Florida stores, including its longtime Pembroke Pines location on Pines Boulevard. Since then, Beyond, Inc., which acquired the Bed Bath & Beyond brand following the bankruptcy, has unveiled plans to revitalize the retailer through strategic partnerships and new store formats. Beyond is also expected to become the majority owner of The Container Store.

To prepare for the transformation, The Container Store has launched clearance sales to make room for the expanded merchandise assortment, with renovations underway this year.

For Broward shoppers, the Pembroke Pines location marks the return of one of the country’s best-known home retailers in a fresh format that combines organization expertise with an expanded selection of home essentials under one roof.
