A new rooftop is slated to open later this summer in West Hollywood. The One Rooftop will take over the 16,000-square-foot space at 603 N. La Cienega Blvd formerly home to restaurant E.P. & L.P., which shuttered in March.

Renderings shared with What Now Los Angeles display a rooftop lounge area with couches and tables as well as an outdoor bar, with plenty of greenery and woods incorporated throughout the contemporary design. There will also be an indoor restaurant space and a rooftop greenspace with views of the Hollywood Hills skyline.

A spokesperson with the brand told What Now Los Angeles that they are building a rooftop bar ideal for pop-up restaurants and seasonal residencies. It will also offer space for corporate events, film production and private celebrations.

The team is still building out the space and they hope to open in about a month.
