Smashburger is expanding its summer menu with four limited-time additions. The limited-time lineup includes two smash burgers and two Häagen-Dazs shakes, available at participating locations.
Smashburger’s Latest Summer Lineup Launches Today
According to PR Newswire, the burger brand’s new items are set to roll out on July 7, 2026. The additions are part of the chain’s streamlined summer menu.
The Pickle Stack Smash features Certified Angus Beef, American cheese, and double layers of dill pickles. The burger is finished with mustard, mayonnaise, and a toasted bun. It joins the chain’s All-The-Time Value Menu and starts at $4.99.
The Smoked Brisket Bacon Smash includes Certified Angus beef, applewood smoked bacon, aged cheddar, and dill pickles. It also contains BBQ sauce and a 14-hour pit-smoked brisket. All these ingredients are placed on a Parker House roll, which is toasted using butter.
The latest Chocolate Banana Chip Shake features Häagen-Dazs ice cream along with real banana puree. The item also contains chocolate chips and sauce.
Smashburger‘s other shake on the lineup is called Dark Cherry Chip Shake. This milkshake has dark cherries along with Häagen-Dazs ice cream and chocolate chips.
Chief Marketing Officer Kate Savelli said the new menu reflects the brand’s focus on quality and innovation. She noted that the Smoked Brisket Bacon Smash returns following customer demand. Tom Ryan and team created it in an innovative way through slow smoking methods and using ingredients like thick-cut bacon and Certified Angus Beef.
The Pickle Stack Smash was introduced in response to the growing popularity of pickle-forward flavors.
Focusing on the company’s streamlined summer menu, CEO Jim Sullivan said that the simplified offerings could allow them to enhance the operations. This would further allow company outlets to deliver in a fast and consistent manner while taking ahead the bold flavors.

Broader Expansion Plans in 2026
The press release says that Smashburger’s new offerings follow several other products that were added recently. These include the Big Shrimp Roll and Crispy Shrimp Basket, the Scorchin’ menu, and the Spring Fresh & Full Color menu. These updates also show the brand’s focus on limited-time offers (LTOs).
In addition to new menu items, Smashburger is continuing to expand its franchise network. The company also plans to open 12 new restaurants this year.
Founded in 2007, the company offers a range of burgers, Crispy Chicken Sandwiches, all-Angus hot dogs, shakes, SmashTots, and more items. The Denver-based chain, a subsidiary of Jollibee Foods Corporation, operates 178 locations, including 112 company-owned restaurants and 66 franchised locations.
