7 Brew continues to expand its reach across the Greater Houston region. According to a recently filed permit, a new 7 Brew Coffee shop is set to open with a drive-thru in The Green at Katy Park at the northwest corner of Morton Road and Katy Hockley Cut Off Road.

The permit further details that construction on the new 7 Brew Coffee Shop set to come to Katy Park is expected to start in August and is slated to wrap at the beginning of December. If all goes well with the $1 million construction project and permitting, the new 7 Brew should open by this winter or early next year.

At the helm of the opening is Texas Coffee Partners President and longtime partner of the brand, Eric WollenhauptWhat Now Houston briefly spoke with Wollenhaupt, who enthusiastically confirmed the opening. But, unfortunately, Wollenhaupt was unable to share further details about the upcoming opening by the time this article was published. What Now also reached out to 7 Brew Coffee CFO and President, Robert Abdallah, but we did not hear back by the time of publication.

“7 Brew is so much more than just a coffee stand,” the website reads.

“It’s the concept of cultivating kindness and joy with every drink – through our service, speed, quality, energy, and atmosphere. It’s contagious, and it’s changing the drive-thru coffee industry.”

What started as a drive-thru coffee stand offering seven signature drinks in Rogers, Arkansas, in 2017, 7 Brew has grown into a national brand with nearly 700 locations across 38 states. Aiming to bring joy and connection to the drive-thru experience, the quick-service coffee experience has since exploded into a nationwide phenomenon, known for its extensive customizable menu with more than 20,000 combinations and a strong “cultivating kindness” culture.

“Our secret sauce is not a flavor. It’s a feeling!” the website reads.

“Take a sip of any drink, and joy hits you just as hard as that double-shot of espresso. Because getting your daily dose of energy isn’t just about quality and speed. At 7 Brew, it’s about the connections we make.”

Try it out for yourself at the new 7 Brew Coffee Shop when the new cafe with a drive-thru opens in The Green at Katy Park at the northwest corner of Morton Road and Katy Hockley Cut Off Road this winter.
