Insomnia Cookies is opening its first Sugar Land bakery on July 11. The new bakery will be the brand’s 33rd store in Texas. The bakery chain now operates more than 360 stores across the U.S., and this opening reflects its growing footprint.
The brand has served customers nationwide for more than two decades. Its menu features warm cookies, desserts, and late-night delivery options available across its locations.
The new location will serve Sugar Land and nearby communities, including North American University. Customers can order cookies in-store, pick them up, or have them delivered. The bakery is also hiring Cookie Crew members, delivery drivers, and shift leaders.
What to Expect: Menu, Hours, and Opening Details

The bakery will mark the opening with a launch event beginning at noon on July 11 and continuing until 3 a.m. on July 12. Customers who join Insomnia Rewards during the opening event will receive one free Classic cookie with no purchase required. Customers can get free delivery during the promotion using the code SUGARLAND.
The bakery will be open from Monday to Wednesday between 11 a.m. and 1 a.m., and on Thursdays and Fridays from 11 a.m. to 3 a.m. On Saturdays, the bakery will open from 12 p.m. to 3 a.m. and on Sundays from 12 p.m. to 1 a.m.
The menu at Insomnia Cookies in Sugar Land includes warm cookies, ice cream, brownies, blondies, vegan options, and limited-time flavors. Popular items like the Classic Chocolate Chunk cookie, Snickerdoodle, and Confetti Deluxe will also be available at the bakery.
