Olive Branch is preparing to open at 14430 147th Place NE, Suite 1, in Woodinville, according to a recent Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board license application. The women-owned concept is scheduled to open July 30 beneath the Somm Hotel & Spa.
Owned by Breanna Beike and Kelly Trace, Olive Branch will bring together an all-day café, a scratch bakery, a coffee bar, a mercantile, and a catering operation.
According to the company’s website, the café will serve seasonal breakfast, lunch, and light dinner dishes made with ingredients sourced from local farms and producers. The menu will feature salads, flatbreads, charcuterie boards, sandwiches, pastries, cakes, breads, desserts, specialty coffee, cocktails, mocktails, local beer, and regional wines.
Beyond food and drinks, Olive Branch will also include a curated retail space offering gifts and products from local makers, creating what the owners describe as a gathering place for both Woodinville residents and visitors exploring the area’s wine country.
The concept marks the latest venture from Beike and Trace, the team behind Heritage Restaurant and Tarte Bakery. According to the company’s website, the pair created Olive Branch as a place where “good food, meaningful connection, and thoughtful gathering come together daily.”
As opening day approaches, Olive Branch has been sharing construction updates and behind-the-scenes progress on Instagram as it prepares to welcome its first guests later this month.
