Construction continues on The Oberlin Hotel at 501 Woodburn Road in Raleigh’s Village District, with plans now revealed for its sixth-floor restaurant, Wren. According to the Triangle Business Journal, the rooftop venue will feature a full-service kitchen and serve Southern-inspired cuisine alongside craft cocktails.

City of Raleigh permit filings reviewed by the publication show the restaurant buildout is valued at $292,783. The Triangle Business Journal reports that Raleigh-based MP Contracting & Consulting is serving as the general contractor, while the project is being developed by Quality Hospitality, a division of Quality Oil Company.

According to The Oberlin Hotel’s website, the 153-room Curio Collection by Hilton property is accepting reservations beginning in January 2027. In addition to Wren, the hotel will include a fitness center, business center, and event space designed to accommodate more than 150 guests.

The property is designed as a boutique hotel within Hilton’s Curio Collection, offering a locally inspired guest experience in the heart of Raleigh’s Village District. According to The Oberlin Hotel’s website, nightly room rates currently range from $172 to $517, although pricing may vary depending on the date and room type.

Concord Hospitality, which will manage the hotel, says on its website that Wren will offer all-day service through a coffee shop and café before transitioning into a rooftop restaurant and bar. The management company also operates several Raleigh hotels, including the AC Hotel Raleigh North Hills, Renaissance Raleigh North Hills, and Hyatt House Raleigh Downtown/Seaboard Station.
