Tysons shoppers, get ready to welcome back one of the DMV’s premiere Persian concepts. Maman Joon will soon return to serving its delicious kabobs out of Tysons Corner Center, albeit in a different storefront than its previous home.

The directory for the 1961 Chain Bridge Road mall shows that Maman Joon will be located on the ground floor, across from Panda Express and California Pizza Kitchen. An opening date is not yet publicly available for the restaurant’s new home; the Tysons Corner Center website has it listed only as “coming soon”, a promising but nebulous timeline reflected verbatim on Maman Joon’s own page.

Maman Joon has several locations open across the DMV. The concept has established itself as a culinary force to be reckoned with through its meticulously crafted cuisine. The website explains: “We take pride in creating authentic Persian food that reflects our heritage. Our ingredients are always fresh, most of our spices come from Iran, and our menu is lovingly prepared using our treasured family recipes.”
