Primecut Taqueria is preparing to open a new location at 11561 W. Foothill Blvd., Suite 101, Rancho Cucamonga, opening in September, according to Ivan Maldonado, who owns the business.
Maldonado told WhatNow that the Rancho Cucamonga location comes in response to customer demand for Primecut Taqueria to expand into the Inland Empire. The business has been gathering customer feedback on where they would like to see the concept open, he said. The team ultimately found a location near Victoria Gardens that it considered a good fit.
The taqueria specializes in tacos al carbon made with mesquite charcoal-grilled meats. According to the company’s website, the menu includes tacos, burritos, quesadillas, tortas, mulitas, nachos, salads, burrito bowls, and a surf and turf burrito with shrimp and arrachera. The menu also includes a keto taco made without a tortilla, using cheese and meat instead.
Primecut Taqueria currently lists locations in Huntington Beach, Placentia, and Anaheim on its website. The company also offers catering featuring tacos, quesitacos, mulitas, quesadillas, and vampiros cooked over mesquite on site.
