Primark will open its first location in Minnesota this fall at Mall of America in Bloomington. The store will open to shoppers on September 3. The new store will span about 35,000 square feet. It is located in one of the nation’s biggest shopping and entertainment hubs.
Primark Will Occupy a Spot at Mall of America
The new store will be Primark’s 46th in the U.S. and its first in Minnesota. The retailer recently expanded to Indiana. It also plans to open at Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets in Florida.
Primark store at Mall of America will feature affordable fashion, everyday essentials, and seasonal collections for women, men, children, and babies. The retailer’s product assortment includes clothing, accessories, and everyday essentials.
Prices at the new store will include women’s denim starting at $12, men’s T-shirts from $5, and girls’ and boys’ sweatshirts from $7. The store will also carry Minnesota Vikings merchandise, with prices starting at $16.

Opening Day Events at Primark
Primark will celebrate its Minnesota debut with a full schedule of activities beginning at 11 a.m. on September 3. There will be live music from a local DJ and giveaways available on a first-come, first-served basis during the in-store celebrations.
The retailer will also host the Primark Fashion Fair throughout the day in Mall of America’s Huntington® Bank Rotunda. The event will be inspired by the Minnesota State Fair and feature fair-style games, prizes, and themed treats.
Live fashion shows featuring Primark’s latest collections will take place from 12 to 12:15 p.m. and 4 to 4:15 p.m. The events will allow shoppers to experience some of the styles they’ll find at the new store.
Primark was established in Ireland in 1969. It is now an international brand. It has over 480 stores across 19 European countries, the USA, and the Middle East.
Primark has continued its U.S. expansion with the Minnesota opening. The company recently opened its first Indiana store at Castleton Square Mall in July. It will open at Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets on August 20.
