Krazy Cajun Seafood & Hibachi is planning a new restaurant at Superstition Springs Center, 6555 E. Southern Ave., Suite B44, in Mesa. The mall lists the restaurant as coming soon in its tenant directory.

The Mesa restaurant will be Krazy Cajun’s third Arizona location, joining existing restaurants at 24 W. Camelback Road in Phoenix and 9880 S. Rural Road, Suite 105, in Tempe. Wei Wang is a co-owner of the business, and Frankie Chen is a manager and partner for the Mesa location.

The menu includes hibachi chicken, steak, shrimp, and vegetables, as well as Cajun-style seafood. Other choices include teriyaki dishes, yakisoba, fried rice, edamame, pot stickers, fried shrimp, chicken wings, and desserts.

The restaurant is planned for the first level of Superstition Springs Center, near Dillard’s and close to stores such as Just Sports, Shoe Dept. Encore, Bath & Body Works, and Perfume Gallery

An opening date has not yet been announced. What Now Phoenix reached out to Krazy Cajun Seafood & Hibachi and will update this article as more information becomes available.
