G-Que BBQ has officially broken ground on a new restaurant in Parker, marking another expansion push for the Colorado-based barbecue brand and what will be its eleventh location. The restaurant is planned near South Parker Road and E-470, with convenient access to/from the toll road, ColoradoBiz reports.
With construction now underway, the Parker restaurant is expected to join the local F&B scene and open its doors by the end of 2026.
The Parker restaurant is expected to offer dine-in, takeout, and catering, along with a full bar. Customers will also have access to drive-thru pickup and advance ordering through the G-Que BBQ app.
Its menu centers on barbecue offerings like slow-smoked beef brisket, pulled pork, pork spare ribs, jalapeño cheddar sausage, smoked turkey, chicken wings, sandwiches, sides, and desserts. G-Que also does rotating weekly specials of limited-time items.
Founded in 2015, G-Que BBQ has grown into a well-known regional chain. It now operates six restaurants in Westminster, Lone Tree, Lakewood, Thornton, Timnath, and Downtown’s McGregor Square, as well as four stadium locations at Empower Field at Mile High, Coors Field, Folsom Field, and Canvas Stadium, its roster shows.
