Book lovers will soon have a new place to browse, grab a drink and settle in, with Daisy Chain Book Co. coming to Jacksonville’s Mandarin area.
According to a city filing the new business will be at 12644 San Jose Blvd, where Daisy Chain plans to create a cozy space centered around books and community. Daisy Chain Book Co confirmed on its website that it will be opening late summer.
The independent bookstore will provide new books of various genres for all ages, as well as apparel and gift options for people who like books.
Daisy Chain also plans to bring coffee, wine and community events into the mix, giving customers a place to spend time beyond simply picking up their next read.
The bookstore says its goal is to encourage a lifelong love of books while creating a welcoming space where people can connect and engage with literature.
Daisy Chain Book Co. is currently listed as coming late this summer, possibility October to the Mandarin area.
